Sopore Police has booked three Drug Smugglers namely 1. Aadil Ashraf Khan S/O Mohammad Ashraf Khan R/O Pethseer Sopore 2. Aaqib Nissar Gojree S/O Nissar Ahmad Gojree R/O Batpora A/P Model Town Sopore 3. Bashir Ahmad Dar S/O Zaffar Ahmad Dar R/O Bunpora Dangerpora Sopore under PIT-NDPS. They have been taken into custody and are now being held in the Central Jail Kot-Balwal, Jammu. 

It is important to note that many cases have been registered against these Drug Smugglers and they were still involved in Drug Abuse Trade by supplying Drugs to the local youth of the Police District Sopore and other areas of the District. 

The general public of Sopore appreciated the role played by the Sopore Police in taking action against Drug Smugglers. Sopore Police is committed to take strict actions against such criminals as per the law.
