jammu: With polling for 3nd and final Phase of General Elections to J&K Legislative Assembly receiving huge momentum, all polling stations of 40 Assembly Constituencies across seven districts of Jammu & Kashmir have recorded an impressive 65.48 per cent voter turnout till 5 pm communicated the Chief Electoral Officer, J&K.
