DCC Ganderbal Under Leadership of Senior Congress Leader President District Congress Committee Ganderbal Saahil Farooq launched protests and demonstrations at Ganderbal District Headquarter against  the recent order of snatching powers from the assembly & seeking restoration of statehood to J&K.

Hundreds of Congress leaders, Supporters , Workers Joined Protest rally from Tawheed Chowk Duderhama to Beehama Chowk in Ganderbal District against wrong policies of BJP.

Saahil Farooq Said, Congress will continue to fight anti- people policies of BJP Govt. the various welfare schemes and policies in the country were "not pivoted to the poor".

Saahil said an egalitarian society can be created only if the schemes and policies are oriented towards the poor,unless we understand the economic and social hierarchies, which mirror each other, and reorient our policies towards the bottom, especially the SCs, STs and other depressed sections, it will not be possible to call us an egalitarian society.

Saahil said Congress will continue to  fight anti- people policies of the Centre and LG’s Administration in J&K UT, besides defeating the challenges faced on various fronts especially, misleading politics, Congress Party is supreme and every worker is bound to further strengthen it at grass roots level and serve people as Congress has the legacy of serving and strengthening the people,” Saahil said.

Saahil Farooq said bureaucratic rule has never been alternative to democratically elected Government as People Suffer due to snatching powers from the assembly & seeking restoration of statehood to J&K ,Enormous power tariff bills due to Daily Issues like Hike in Power Dues, Curbs on Labourers on extraction of Minerals from Local Nallas , Rivers and other areas, Water Crises have hits Every Corner of Valley Particularly Ganderbal Areas, Ganderbal Have been neglected at all fronts of developmental process, District Hospital Ganderbal is Only Name with out facilities , Unemployment touched high, Youth are forced to involve in drug addiction , Ration Cards have been given to influenced poor people are suffering , Willow Wicker industry Ganderbal is dying , Truck ,Auto Ricksha, and Fishermen been charged on monthly based in Ganderbal, Ganderbal Beehama road widening became thy the name funds allocation only on documents, Modern Ganderbal became dream for us.

Saahil Farooq said all major projects in J&K UT were mostly conceived and launched by Congress government.

Saahil Farooq said people of Jammu and Kashmir are eagerly, waiting for assembly elections and they will teach a lesson to BJP in J&K.

Saahil Farooq said Congress Party is serving people with dedication and without self interest, Senior Congress leader said he and his party is available for service at people 24×7.

Saahil Farooq said that Congress will manage major win in the J&K, people are fed up of the anti-people, anti-poor, anti-trader, anti-employee and anti-farmer policies,They will definitely show this party its place in the next elections.

Saahil Farooq also cited the example of gas cylinders being provided under the Ujjwala scheme  for providing LPG connections to women of BPL families  and alleged that it was not pivoted to the poor.

Saahil Farooq said that  "anti-people  and anti-youth policies being implemented,However  Congress is for the youth, farmers, labourers and the weaker sections.

Senior Congress Leader Saahil Farooq said that congress will emerge out stronger and will be largest party in Kashmir region for the formation of next Govt with the help of people and wrong policies and huge taxation imposed on People.
