Jammu :Indian Youth Congress (IYC) has appointed J&K youth congress leader Sandeep Singh Rissam as Organisation's Training Incharge for States of Punjab & Himachal Pradesh Youth Congress Committees . Sandeep is elected General Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress (JKPYC) and has worked in National Team of Youth Congress as National Coordinator Incharge of Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress. He also remained as Media Incharge & Spokesperson of Jammu Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress (JKPYC).
Rissam after his appointment has thanked Congress President Sonia Gandhi & Rahul Gandhi under whose guidance IYC is bringing forward youth from non political background to serve the nation. Sandeep also thanked CWC Member & AICC Training Incharge Sachin Rao, IYC National Incharge Krishna Allavaru, IYC National President B. V. Srinivas, IYC Training Incharge Sitaram Lamba and all others who have reposed faith in him.
