Srinagar:A newborn baby girl was found dead on the banks of river Jhelum in Pazalpora bijbhera j area of South Kashmir's Anantnag District on Friday Afternoon.
Quoting sources, news agency Universal news Timeline reported that the body of the newborn girl was found by some locals who subsequently informed the police.
They said that a police team reached the spot and shifted the body to Sub District Hospital Bijbhera for medico-legal formalities.
