ADC Poonch inaugurates 3 Days free workshop for Civil Service aspirants

APJ Abdul Kalam Human Welfare Foundation, a registered non government organization in collaboration with SSM College of Competitions  today organized 3 days free workshop for Civil service aspirants in Zia Ul Uloom Group of Institutions, Department of High School Poonch.  The workshop was inaugurated by Dr Basharat Hussain (KAS) Addl.DC Poonch in presence of many civil society members. 

The workshop was organized by Kalam Foundation by keeping in mind the aspirants of civil services and Naib Tehsildar, for which exams are going to be conducted by JKPSC and JKSSRB in near future.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Basharat said that, it's an appreciable step taken by Kalam Foundation and they are providing a platform to the young aspirants to think seriously about opting civil services as their career. 

He also appreciated Chairman Kalam foundation for being proactive in providing conducive atmosphere to students and aspirants so that they can excel in their studies,  he also said that, presence of aspirants from all religions is a welcome move and it would boost communal harmony too. 

Initially, Chairman Kalam Foundation, Khalil A Banday welcome all the eminent guests by throwing light on the workdone by Kalam Foundation in the past. He also said that, last year too, we have started our calendar by organizing 6 days free workshop for Civil Service aspirants and we have continued that tradition too. 

Speaking on the occasion, Principal Jamia Zia Ul Uloom Poonch, Waheed A Banday extended his best wishes for the aspirants and said, we will provide everything, whatever required for producing qualitatively better results.

Asad Noumani, President Gujrat Bakerwal Employees Association also congratulated entire team of Kalam foundation headed by Khalil A Banday for organizing these must needed programs more often. 

It is pertinent to mention here that,  today's lecture was delivered by Waheed Ahmed, a 2014 batch KAS officer, presently posted as Functional Manager, District Industries Poonch. He delivered an impressive lecture and aspirants enjoyed it thoroughly backed by Question answer session too.
