In the valedictory session of Remedial Classes and K A S Coaching classes were conducted in Govt. MAM College in collaboration with Life Long Learning Department of University of Jammu, Mr K B Jandyal, Retd IAS Officer and Ex PSC member enlightened the students upon interview handling skills and preparatory tactics for attaining success. He is a visionary par excellence who has an impeccable history in administration and an elaborate experience at interviewing. Dr Kavita Suri, Director Life Long Learning who holds the distinction of being present Member of Women Commission, a towering personality of the world of Journalism and a writer who has chronicled the woes of tribal woman through her books, also graced the occasion with her presence.

In his informative and motivating lecture Dr K B Jandyal quoted various anecdotes from his interviewing sessions and presented the insight of being on the other side of the table during an intetview. He highlighted the lacunaes which remain unaddressed while preparation for the exams and intetviews. According to him the obstacles are turned into opportunities by the winners and into excuses by the losers. He harped upon digging deep into facts of history, learning them and ultimately assimilating them in an orderly fashion in order to attain mastery over them. Dr Kavita Suri,  who represented the organizing agency of the programme sought live feedback from the students and took their opinions upon making amends to the conduct of the classes in future. The programme commenced with a formal welcome address by Prof Rashu Sharma. Prof Subhash Chander, presented both the dignitaries a bouquet as a mark of respect and appreciation. Dr. Sangeeta Sudan, Dr. Pallavi Gupta, Prof. RIcha Gupta and  Prof. Kashif also witnessed the whole event. The programme ended with a formal vote of thanks by Prof. Rashu Sharma, Course Coordinator for the College.
