Srinagar:The Anantnag administrative department has got confirmation from apex body of Medical Council of India (MCI) through email whereby it has been confirmed that Govt Medical College Anantnag (GMC Anantnag) is getting letter of permission (LOP) for admission to 100 MBBS seats from current academic session.
Principal secretary Attal Dullo confirmed this to GNS that Goverment of India has granted permission for Medical college Anantnag for the upcoming NEET 2019-2020 academic session.

He further said that 100 MBBS students will be taken for upcoming session.
Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Anantnag, Dr Majid Mirab alao confirmed to GNS about the GOI granting letter for permission for Medical college Anantnag for upcoming NEET 2019-2020 session.
